HAFA Style Show
The Style Show began as a means of members sharing what they had been working on in the past year. Eventually the show was opened to the public and it is now a major fundraising event produced by HAFA. Runway modeling of one-of-a-kind, art to wear garments created by members precedes a luncheon.
Guests can browse through the Artists' Boutique that contains art to wear garments, accessories and other unique handmade items. A portion of the proceeds from this event supports the HAFA Educational Outreach programs. A typical beneficiary is the scholarship program of the fashion department at Houston Community College.
